Dear fans of the Stratocruiser project,

Since the creation of this website several months ago, the Strato Clipper team here in Europe
has been investigating the most efficient and practical ways to get this fascinating project off
the ground and how to deal with its financial structure.

It is obvious to us that although we have much backing in Europe for this project, the Boeing
Stratocruiser and Pan Am are first and foremost U.S. icons and subsequently the greatest
interest in the project has been received from U.S. citizens.

For this project to succeed we require the creation of a U.S. 501-c3 non-profit organization,
based in the United States. Without this it will be almost impossible to receive tax deductible
donations in the amount required to make this a fully working project.

Such a U.S. 501-c3 non-profit organization requires that U.S. citizens are involved in its
conception, from a base within the U.S. So we are actively seeking partners within the U.S. to
be involved in this exciting project and ensure its success.

The team here in Europe are committed to a joint venture between Stratocruiser enthusiasts
from both continents and will obviously continue to support the project and offer the
necessary assistance from this side of the Atlantic.

If you would like you to either donate towards this project or become involved in the
organization and running of it, please do not hesitate to make contact. This is an unique
opportunity for Aviation enthusiasts to be actively involved in the restoration of an historical
aircraft - the Stratocruiser - together we can make this reality.
